Agreement, Acknowledgement, and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Teligant. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the legal agreement between you ("User") and Teligant Inc. ("Teligant," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of our telehealth platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Eligibility and Use of the Platform

To access or use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Telehealth Services and Medical Disclaimer

Teligant provides a digital infrastructure that connects users with licensed healthcare providers. Teligant itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any healthcare services obtained through the Platform are provided by independent licensed medical professionals, and Teligant is not responsible for their advice or the outcomes of their treatment. You acknowledge that telehealth services are not a substitute for in-person medical consultations and may not be appropriate for all medical conditions.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Payments, Fees, and Subscription Terms

Certain services require payment, which may be on a one-time or subscription basis. By submitting a payment, you authorize Teligant or its third-party payment processors to charge your provided payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription-based services may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, software, and materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Teligant or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Teligant is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to errors, service interruptions, miscommunications, or reliance on telehealth services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any activity deemed harmful to Teligant, its users, or third parties. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

Amendments and Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
